Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 working days from receipt of the shipment
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within 30 days of a written communication to our address (Assodiori S.r.l., Viale Duca degli Abruzzi 108-112, 25124 Brescia (Bs), Italy), or via email to info@assodiori.it or via phone to +390303531400.
The buyer will then have to return the purchase within 30 days of receiving the shipment to:

. The refund is made within one week of receiving the return
• The goods must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including the box, little bag and the eventual and complete all the documents of sale and delivery attachments. Upon receipt, the item will be carefully inspected to verify that it has never been worn or damaged in any way.
• It is expressly understood that the costs of returning the product to the Jewellery Assodiori will be borne by the customer. We reserve the right to reject parcels of charge. The shipment will be the responsibility of the purchaser until we have received at our address. We are not liable in case of theft or damage of the package. Therefore we recommend to use a secure and traceable means of shipping (via secured courier or insured mail).
• If the right of withdrawal and ’exercised by the consumer pursuant to the above provisions, we will within a few days refund of the amount paid by the consumer except for shipping.
• Reimbursement will be made by Jewellery Assodiori in the same manner in which it was originally made the payment by the purchaser
• The right of withdrawal is excluded for objects or products specially created personally to the buyer
Non-acceptance of the return by the Jewellery Assodiori
In case you had not complied with the above conditions should be found or damage of returned products or their use, we reserve the right not to accept the return. In this case you can choose to receive back the goods purchased, but making you pay the costs of shipping. It will not be possible then refuse the shipment sent. Se non sarai soddisfatto del tuo ordine, potrai esercitare il diritto di recesso entro 30 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento della spedizione

Il cliente dovrà quindi poi rispedire indietro l'articolo entro 30 dalla ricezione dello stesso a:

. Il rimborso sarà emesso entro una settimana dalla ricezione del reso
• Il bene deve essere restituito nelle stesse condizioni in cui è stato ricevuto, incluso lʼastuccio e lʼeventuale borsina e completo di tutti i documenti di vendita e spedizione allegati. Alla ricezione, l’oggetto sarà accuratamente visionato al fine di verificare che non sia mai stato indossato o danneggiato in alcun modo.
• Resta espressamente inteso che le spese di restituzione del prodotto alla Gioielleria Assodiori rimarranno a carico del cliente. Ci riserviamo di respingere pacchi con addebito di spese. La spedizione sarà sotto la responsabilità dell’acquirente fino alla ricezione presso il nostro indirizzo. Non rispondiamo in caso di furto o danneggiamento del pacco. Per questo consigliamo di avvalersi di un mezzo di spedizione sicuro e tracciabile (corriere espresso assicurato o posta assicurata).
• Se il diritto di recesso e’ esercitato dal consumatore conformemente alle suddette disposizioni, effettueremo entro pochi giorni il rimborso della somma versata dal consumatore ad eccezione delle spese di spedizione.
• Il rimborso verrà effettuato dalla Gioielleria Assodiori nella medesima modalità in cui è stato fatto in origine il pagamento dallʼacquirente
• Il diritto di recesso è escluso per gli oggetti prodotti appositamente o creati personalmente per l’acquirente
Mancata accettazione del reso da parte della Gioielleria Assodiori
Nel caso in cui non fossero rispettate le condizioni sopra citate o dovesse essere riscontrato il danneggiamento dei prodotti resi o il loro utilizzo, ci riserviamo di non accettare il reso. In questo caso potrai decidere di ricevere nuovamente i prodotti acquistati, facendoti però carico delle spese di spedizione. Non sarà in seguito possibile rifiutare la spedizione inviata.
